So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Domain versus workgroup (3.3.4)
In Chapter 1, Introducing Windows Server, in the Understanding network architectures section, peer-to-peer networking (P2P) and client/server networking were explained. From there, a client/server network is the best example of a domain where a dedicated server is used to provide services. Similarly, P2P networking represents the best example of a workgroup where computers share resources without using a dedicated server.
