So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Purpose of OUs (3.2.1)
To ease the administration of its objects, AD uses OU. Usually, users, groups, computers, and other organizational units are placed within OUs. Often, organizations create OUs to mirror their organizational business structures. Regardless of the number of tree domains in a forest, each domain can have its own OU hierarchy as shown in Figure 4.19:
