I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Checking for updates
To check for updates, as in Figure 3.26, complete the following steps:
- In the Properties section, click the highlighted Last checked for updates setting.
- In the Settings window on the right-hand side of the Windows Update section, the Available updates are listed (if any). If any updates are ready for installation, then click the Install now button:

- Installing updates might take some time! When the installation is done, often you will be asked to Restart the server for the updates to take place.
