This tool is great if you want to start building simple wireframes quickly and easily. It contains similar elements to Balsamiq, but the downside of Wireframe.cc is that it's only web-based, and you will not be able to work with it offline or have it installed on your Mac or Windows system.

It has a limited color palette, so it helps you to avoid any mistakes when you are creating the wireframes; it contains a really simple and minimal interface, and you can easily draw your own shapes to create the final design of a wireframe on the container.
