So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Designing and validating your research
In the preceding section, we decided on a specific research method that we will use. Now it is time for us to design the process of how we will perform the research in detail.
We will analyze every step that we will take during the start of research phase, and how we will proceed with the method that we have chosen.
By this, I mean that we will think about the questions that we will ask during our interview, because to have a good interview we need to be prepared to ask users what we want to know and to be sure that we will know what to ask them and gather the answers that we need.
