Analyzing and validating the results

In this phase, we start to analyze the results that we gathered from the preceding stage, and it is really important to start this phase immediately after we conduct the research because the fresher our impressions, the more detailed the documentation we can create.

We will start sorting and summarizing our results, depending on the method that we have used during the research phase. We group our findings and add comments to them, so this will help us to get a good overview of the overall results.

Positive comments are always nice to have, but we will try to be focused more on negative comments during this phase because we want to improve the product. Once we group similar results in the same groups, we ...
