How to conduct user interviews

Interviews help us gain a deeper understanding of our users, so I will present detailed steps to help you get the most out of user interviews.

However, before proceeding with individual interview steps, I would like to mention three distinct roles on every design-thinking team:

• The Facilitator: This is a person or thing that makes an action or process easier.
