Space is a really interesting and important part, which a lot of designers forget to think about at the beginning. As much as we care about what type of elements we are filling our visual design with, we should also consider its blank parts.

Negative space (also known as white space and blank space) can help us highlight important components of our visual design in the right way so that it can visually communicate with our users.
