So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Exportation
This is one of the greatest features that comes with Sketch, especially when it comes to saving assets for different screen resolutions or platforms.
You can export the files from Sketch by just selecting specific or multiple artboards that you need, and you can also choose to export them at any kind of scale, such as 1x, 2x, or 3x.
For saving the files, you can export files on six different formats using Sketch:
- JPEG
- PNG
- SVG
- TIFF
- EPS
You will usually need a PDF format to create iOS assets, and you will use the SVG format for web application assets:
