Selecting our research method

When we arrive at this stage, we need to choose the research method that will be the best fit best for us. Then, we should have a clear idea of research steps, and why and how we will conduct them. Also, we will know what to test and with whom to test it.

The challenging part during this step can be the research method, because we have tons of different research methods in UX that we can choose from; so, to choose the proper one, first, ask some questions:

• Will we conduct the research remotely or in-person?
• Do we want to have more quality research by doing the interview with selected people, or do we just want to have quantitative data and do the research with random people?
