I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Icons and symbols
Since Sketch is a vector-based application, you can easily guess that working with icons is not a big hassle.
Icons play an important role when it comes to user interface design, so it is always nice to build their library before designing the user interface for the application.
Besides the vector format, we can simply import and use SVG icons on Sketch as well, or even edit them to the design to fit our use:
Another great feature of Sketch is the symbols, and using or creating them on Sketch is really simple. We can also share them across different screens or artboards that we have in the design.
