User Research

To clearly understand why the users of our product behave in a specific way, we first need to know them. We can make assumptions on who they are and what they need, but it's important to support those assumptions with facts. The more we know about our users, the more informed we will be about the actions and decisions that we should take for our product design and development. It is no accident that the majority of successful products out there were devised using extensive user research.
