Understanding the user's ability

When we want to launch the product, we will need to answer the following questions:

  • In which place or environment will our users be when they use our product?
  • What is the main task that our users will be performing?
  • What issues or frustrations might they face when they use our product?
  • Is our product straightforward and user-friendly?

In answering these questions, we will develop a clear idea of what we should improve in the product user interface so that it can meet user requirements.
