The configure/preview/prototype phase
In the configure phase of the project, the implementation team should address the following milestones:
- A representative configuration of the business flow in Dynamics 365
- Sample data migration
- Demonstration scripts and videos
- High-level hands-on exercises
After the acceptance of the prototype, any gaps, interfaces, reports, and so on can be undertaken in the development phase.
