It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

- Technical designs have been signed off by the technical solution architect
- The development team has a good understanding of what needs to be built and how to build it
Large projects have multiple CRPs and they could run in parallel. We recommend that you leverage the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to keep a track of all the design artifacts, decisions, releases, and so on, for a systematic approach to implementation delivery and support.
