Application explorer views
There are two views of Application Explorer. First view called classic view which displays all elements from all models grouped according to type. Second called model view displays each model separately and when you expand a particular model, it displays elements from that model grouped according to type.
The following illustration shows both classic and model views of the application explorer in Visual Studio. To switch between the views, you can right click on AOT and switch between the views:
