System diagnostics help administrators monitor Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise edition environments:
- The dashboard provides a visual indication of the number of hosts in the selected environment that encountered errors when running rules and also displays the last five messages
- It also indicates whether any collector jobs have encountered errors while running
Only production environments that are deployed through LCS in Microsoft Managed Subscription will be actively monitored by the Microsoft Service Engineering team. All other environments, such as the Sandbox environment, do not have the monitoring features turned on.
