So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Form patterns
Form patterns are new concept in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise edition. Form patterns provide form structure, based on a particular style (including required and optional controls), and also provide many default control properties. Form patterns are mandatory to specify, when designing a form element. The reason why it is mandatory because form patterns help guarantee that forms have a responsive layout. Finally, patterns also help guarantee better compatibility with upgrades. If your user interface design does not correspond to a given form pattern you can select custom form pattern, however this means that you should test the form for responsive layout on different devices, browsers and form factors. ...
