Evaluate your ISV solutions and check if it is still needed. There may be an out-of-the-box solution in the new version which you can easily adapt rather than carry over the ISV solution in the new version. If you still need it, check with them for their readiness on Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. You don't want to upgrade ISV code yourself. This is amongst the initial factors as part of your system readiness that should be checked as it can be a deal breaker if one or more of your ISV solutions are not yet ready for Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise edition.
