I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The organization's readiness to Go Live
There is always a tremendous amount of pressure to make the Go Live date; often, somebody's job is on the line. However, the readiness of the organization for a new system needs to be evaluated carefully prior to flipping the on switch. Readiness for Go Live is based on the fact that all the prior activities are completed as per the satisfaction of the key business users and stakeholders, and they are confident enough to pull the switch on and ready to use the new system.
