Copy data between environments

If your golden environment is already ready, and the data and import processes are validated, then we recommend that you use the database copy functionality to seed any other environment, including production.

For any incremental data load, you may directly utilize data management tools such as data entities or data packages within Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise edition.

There is another option of leveraging the LCS and data packages to load; however, for a controlled process with approvals, this activity is recommended to be done directly within the application.
