End-to-end testing
In addition to UAT, you will need another round of testing to verify the end-to-end execution of a business process; this is called end-to-end testing. The key difference between UAT and End-to-end testing is that UAT is more focused on validating individual business processes, while end-to-end is focused on validating all of them together once each of them has been stabilized and tested.
