Upgrading or migrating from Dynamics AX 2012 or AX 2009 is not an easy task especially when you have large customization. Just like an implementation project, an upgrade project needs proper project strategy and planning. To execute a successful upgrade project, you need a proper project plan, change management, test, training, and deployment planning.
