Zwar lässt sich kein absolut abschließender Katalog an Regeln darüber zusammenstellen, was im Einzelfall bei der PR (sei es im Social Web oder bei der klassischen PR) zulässig ist und was nicht – dafür ist das Feld der Kommunikation schlicht zu groß. Immerhin ist es aber möglich, grundlegende Regeln aufzuzeigen, die zumindest in den meisten Fällen ausreichen sollten, um rechtlich in der Spur zu bleiben.
