So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Purpose/Objectives: This exercise shows how the degree and quality of
interaction between all levels of an organization can
affect the outcomes of a goal. Participants divide into
teams with roles of Leader, Manager, and three
employees. Communication is transmitted from the top
of the company down to achieve a specific objective
known only to the Leader. As messages travel through
the organization, stumbling blocks appear when role
players lack the necessary skills to handle the project.
