It is clear from the AT&T study that applications' requirements vary, and these variances occur not just between voice, video and data applications, but within these applications as well.
One cannot simply say, "The Internet should change to support voice, video, and data." Instead, we must say, "The Internet should change to support different types of voice systems, different types of video systems, and different types of data systems."
