I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Database users
Cloud SQL offers a simple managed interface for controlling database users in a given Cloud SQL instance. Because these users are implemented at the database level, users defined in one Cloud SQL instance are not granted access to other instances. This makes database users a better solution for instance-specific access rights than IAM. The exact nature of database users depends on the instance's database engine. Both MySQL and PostgreSQL users follow their native implementations.
