When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
GPUs
For applications that require GPUs, Compute Engine offers a wide selection of configurations, available to all machine types except f1-micro and g1-small. GCE offers NVIDIA Tesla GPUs in both K80 and P100 variants, though P100 GPUs are currently in beta. The availability and price of GPUs vary by zone, and some zones currently do not support GPUs.
There are some limitations to VMs with attached GPUs. For example, GPUs can only be attached to VMs using Broadwell CPUs, and these machines cannot undergo live migrations. Additionally, for VMs with attached GPUs, the maximum number of vCPUs is limited by the number of attached GPUs, where higher numbers of attached GPUs allow for higher numbers of vCPUs.
