So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

e situation statement is important because it gives us an opportunity to under-
stand the relevancy of the strategy we are trying to develop. At the same time, it
is much easier to improve a situation after good analysis and understanding of the
present problems and potential benefits.
