When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This curious world which we inhabit is more wonderful than it is convenient; more beautiful than it is useful; it is more to be admired and enjoyed than used … We rejoice in it as one more indication of the entire and universal freedom that characterizes the age in which we live,—as an indication that the human race is making one more advance in that infinite series of progressions which awaits it.

Let's face it: this curious entrepreneur thing is sometimes more wonderful than convenient. And at other times, more beautiful than it is useful.
But it is certainly “one more indication of the entire and universal freedom that characterizes the age in which we live.”
To think any other way is to abuse this freedom. It's not our right; it's our honor to get to do this.
It's wonderful, it's beautiful, it's a pain, it's a chore, it's like doing burpees. Well, maybe not quite like that, but you get that, once the effort is put in, only something wonderful can come of it.
Make peace with the hard and let's never take this present for granted.
