So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Genius burned so fiercely that for four weeks I wrote all day and planned nearly all night, being quite possessed by my work. I was perfectly happy, and seemed to have no wants. Finished the book, or a rough draught of it, and put it away to settle. Daresay nothing will ever come of it; but it had to be done, and I'm the richer for a new experience.

What's the difference? Focus.
When you have a priority so important that no distraction calls loud enough to extinguish your fiercely burning genius, you're unstoppable.
Success is rarely a matter of how much you must work, but how on fire you are about the work you must do. It takes space and air to fan the right flames—give yourself both.
