何時使用
使用者需要提供輸入，輸入內容是從集合（例如圖 8-27 選取色彩）中做選擇，選
擇的東西可以是日期、時間、數字或任何東西（但可以自由輸入的文字除外）。你
想要提供一個支援這種選擇方式的 UI — 或許用美觀的視覺方式呈現選擇，或是使
用互動式的工具 — 但又不想使用主頁面的空間來做這件事；你只需要一個小小的
空間，顯示出目前的值就夠了。
為何使用
大多數的使用者都很熟悉下拉式清單（如果其中可用鍵盤輸入文字，就稱為「複式
盒」）。許多應用程式成功地擴充這個概念，讓下拉式清單不再只是簡單的清單，
也可以成為樹、二維網格以及任何版面。只要控制元件上有個向下的箭頭表示可以
打開清單，使用者似乎就沒有使用上的問題。
