清單的使用案例

當人們看到整份清單時，他會得到什麼樣的印象？有時候，使用者瀏覽清單就
應該能瞭解清單的目的。有時候清單上不只要有文字，可能還需要圖像或精心
設計的視覺安排方式，以傳達某種意象。
逐一瀏覽項目
使用者會細讀項目嗎？他們會隨機掃視，或是循序閱讀呢？使用者需要點擊項
目來開啟項目嗎？如果答案為「是」，則應該要很容易回到清單再尋找其他項
目，或可直接移向下個項目。
搜尋特殊項目
使用者在尋找某些特殊的事物嗎？我們應該讓使用者能快速找到所需事物，並
只需點擊最少次數、用最少次捲動，或在清單間來回最少次。
分類與過濾
如果使用者在尋找具有某種特徵的一個項目或一組項目（例如，在 X 日期到
Y 日期間的任何事物）或從一組資料中尋找共通的真知灼見，此時分類或過濾
的功能可能會有幫助。這一點將在第七章有更詳細的討論。
