何時使用
當你在設計一個頁面的排版，或是在設計一個頂端具有標題、底端具有連結或一些
行動按鈕（如 OK 與 Cancel、或是 Submit、或是 Back 與 Next）的對話框時。頁
面夠短，所有內容都能出現在畫面上，不需捲動。
為何使用
看起來好像凸出畫面的事物，例如標題、分頁與按鈕，應該對於平衡畫面構圖有所
貢獻。它們原本就位在頁面的相反端（一在上緣、一在下緣），當我們再進一步把
它們放在相反側（一在左側、一在右側），通常能達到相互平衡的效果。（請把元
件想成具有重量 — 愈大或對比愈強的元件也會愈重；元件愈接近邊緣，另一邊就
要放愈多重量，才能平衡。）
