It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

為何使用
幾乎所有軟體的使用者在試著完成某項任務時，都需要各種不同程度的支援。初次
的使用者（ 或者一陣子 沒用之後再 開始使用的 人）和經常 性的使用者 所需要的支
援程度就不 一樣。即使 都是初次使 用者，他們 的學習風格 和投入程度 也會有巨大
的差異存在。有些人想詳讀自學手冊，有些人不想讀；大部分的人會覺得工具提示
（tooltip）很有幫助，但有少數人覺得工具提示有夠煩人。
