6. The Courage to Act

Concept

The third step in the Leadership Point of View is the courage to act. There are many people who can see what needs to be done. Most of them we call journalists. They are out there every day writing about all the problems they see and believe need attention. And there are many people out there who are studying all the forces at play. We call most of them professors. They are researching all kinds of issues and problems and reporting on their findings in a vast number of journals and books.
