How you communicate will affect your ability to influence others. Yes/no? People who struggle to articulate their thoughts, their feelings, their goals, and their visions (if they have one), will struggle to get followers. Speaking in clear, memorable, authentic, and respectful ways is an important leadership tool.

Regardless of your past or current speech patterns, you can learn to speak more effectively. When I was in high school, I stuttered badly. I had a difficult time putting two words together, especially anything that began with an L, a D, or an M. Later in life, after a series of life changes and constant practice including learning foreign languages, I was able to articulate my thoughts much more seamlessly. ...
