It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Level Three Influence Techniques are those that attempt to change what people believe, value, assume, expect, feel, and take for granted. The main techniques are clarifying purpose, clarifying vision/direction, and the use of identity symbols like badges, uniforms, flags, logos, songs/music, and phrases. Level Three techniques inspire and move deeply. The kind of deep inchoate influence that charisma and inspiration generate is Level Three.
