Germane (GeH4) is an inorganic molecule with 36 electrons. The average polarizability obtained from three different studies is 5.85 × 10−40 F m2 (Karwasz, 1995). The ionization potentials obtained from two studies are 10.51 eV (photoionization mass spectrometry) and 11.31 eV (photoelectron mass spectrometry), respectively, quoted by Karwasz (1995).
