It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

CONTENTS
Pentachloroethane (C2HCl5), synonym refrigerant 120, is a polar, electron-attaching gas that has 98 electrons. Its electronic polarizability is 15.60 × 10−40 F m2, dipole moment is 0.92 D, and ionization potential is 11.0 eV.
104.1 IONIZATION CROSS SECTION
Table 104.1 shows the ionization cross sections for C2HCl5 (Hudson et al., 2001). Figure 104.1 is a graphical presentation with data for ethane (C2H6) and hexachloroethane added for comparison. The larger the molecule, the larger is the ionization cross section.
