It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Channels
The importance of channels is often under appreciated. It is through channels that users come to know about your app, understand why they must install it, and develop habits that remind them to use it when they need it.
When filling out this section, ask yourself the following questions:
- Through which channels do our customer segments want to be reached?
- How are we reaching them now?
- How are our channels integrated?
- Which ones work best?
- Which ones are the most cost-effective?
- How are we integrating them with customer routines?
We'll discuss channels in further detail later in the book, but these questions will get you off on the right foot.
