So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
In this chapter, we went through a quick primer on the key elements of Lean startup. First, we learned what the BMC is, how it is developed, and what its benefits are. Then we looked at a variation of the BMC in the form the Lean Canvas and discussed how Agile development and customer development work together.
In the next chapter, we will look at some of the challenges faced by Lean app developers.
