I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Technical considerations
Since this book is most of all a practical approach to the Lean start-up methodology, we will have a look at the highlights of the Flyng technology as well. We cannot reveal too much, but just enough to give you an idea.
The app has been built for the iOS platform, but there are plans for an Android version too. The main reason for having an iOS-first strategy is because of the primary audience, colleges in the Boston area. If we had started the roll out in Europe, we probably would have had an Android first strategy instead.
The app is built with Swift 3.0 and will be migrated to Swift 4 in the future. It consumes data from a Parse Server, residing at Back4App. In addition, it uses QuickBlox for chat technology. ...
