It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Four Factors of Motivation
There are four factors that, together with the three Rs we’ll discuss in the next chapter, exist in every organization and determine the levels of motivation of the staff, whether positive or negative. Fortunately, each of these ingredients can be changed in a positive way—usually when a new leader replaces a leader whose management style has not been conducive to bringing out the very best in each person.
