The 80/20 Rule Revisited
For people to enjoy maximum motivation and maximum accomplishment at work, you must make sure that your people are working on the 20 percent of their activities that account for 80 percent of the value of their contribution. Repeat and reaffirm this rule continually to your staff. Set clear priorities for your staff members so that they are always working on those tasks that represent the most valuable use of their time.
