I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
ACTION EXERCISES
1. Resolve today to conduct one brainstorming session as outlined and explained in this chapter. Write out the instructions on a piece of paper so that everyone knows exactly what to do and how to do it.
2. From now on, whenever you have a question or a problem in your business, quickly assemble a brainstorming team for fifteen to forty-five minutes to focus and concentrate on developing the greatest number of ideas possible to solve the problem. You may be astonished at the results.
