I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
8.10. Answers to Review Questions
B. A serious violation is the second level of violation. Willful violations (A) are, in addition to having the potential for serious harm or injury, done intentionally or with "plain indifference" to the requirements. Repeat violations (C) are violations for which an employer has been previously cited and have recurred. De-minimus violations (D) are unlikely to cause serious harm or injury.
D. A Notice of Contest must be filed within 15 days of the citation. The OSH Act requires employers to allow the CSHO to inspect the workplace (A).
