I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How Team Building Is Conducted
Project Leader as Change Leader. The most difficult aspect of team building is getting team members to talk openly and constructively in an open forum about their own behavior and that of other team members, especially the behavior of team members that is preventing the team from achieving its goals. Because these conversations are difficult and make people feel uncomfortable, project leaders have a choice: to manage the conversations with the group personally or to hire an outside consultant that specializes in helping companies with team building.
