Up to this point a lot has happened in the journey of a consulting engagement. Consultants will have completed the steps of producing a proposal, forming a team, and building interim deliverables. They will have faced the challenges of designing an approach to solving the client’s problem, getting people and resources aligned and working, and producing results against budgets and plans. They will have used a range of expertise to understand the issues, gather extensive data, and frame the problem after careful analysis of the issues and facts.
