Implementation Strategies
We discussed previously that stage three is the most challenging part of consulting. However, for a consulting firm, the implementation stage is strategic for long-term success. According to business strategy lore, it is better to have a poor strategy excellently implemented than to have an excellent strategy poorly implemented. This is so because a company’s strategy will eventually become well known and transparent, disseminated by (of all people) consultants and academics.
